Results from our HVAC work, and what they say about building value

Our published results come from Sedighi.ca's work with HVAC companies. We show them here as evidence of a method, building assets that keep producing, not as results from your industry.

The results on this page come from Sedighi.ca's work with HVAC companies. They are results from our HVAC work, and we present them that way: they are not value-creation outcomes from other industries, and they do not include valuation figures. We show them because each one illustrates something that matters when building enterprise value, which is creating assets that keep producing after the work is done and that do not depend on the owner.

GasBoilers.ca: a new business line built as an asset

GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Today the division reaches 26+ communities across BC, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What it shows about value creation: a division with its own brand, its own demand and its own reputation can be measured, managed and, in principle, valued separately from the rest of the company. Building a distinct line like this is one of the ways an owner can add a growth driver without making the core business more complicated. It also turns reputation into something visible and checkable, rather than something only the owner can vouch for.

CombiBoiler.ca: demand that does not depend on the owner

CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI and more than 300 monthly leads, with 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords.

What it shows: when a company's new customers arrive through a channel the company owns, rather than through the owner's personal network, revenue is less owner-dependent. Steady inbound demand also makes forecasting easier, which supports a value-creation plan built on measurable targets.

HeatLand: an asset that compounds

HeatLand built 850+ SEO articles and achieved a 300% lead increase in six months.

What it shows: a body of useful content is a company-owned asset. It keeps working whether or not anyone is actively selling, and it transfers with the business. The general lesson is to invest in things that keep paying back, rather than in effort that has to be repeated every month.

BoilerPart.ca and HVACDeal.ca: systems over effort

On BoilerPart.ca, 2,000+ programmatic pages lifted organic traffic by 180%. HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What they show: both results come from systems, not individual heroics. A system can be documented, handed to a manager and measured monthly. That is exactly what reduces owner dependency in any company.

What transfers to your business

The specific numbers above belong to those HVAC companies. The principles carry over to any established owner-led business:

  1. Build assets, not just activity. A renewing agreement base, a documented process or an owned demand channel keeps producing after the effort stops.
  2. Separate what can be measured. A distinct division or service line with its own numbers is easier to manage and easier to explain.
  3. Make reputation checkable. Public, verifiable evidence of quality is more persuasive than the owner's word.
  4. Prefer systems to heroics. If results depend on one person's extra hours, they are fragile.
  5. Hold improvements long enough to prove them. Gains count for more when they have a history.

What we do not show

You will not find client quotes, star ratings for ValueCreation.ca, valuation increases or sale prices on this site. We do not publish them, and we never promise a result. The honest measure of a value-creation engagement is the movement in your own scorecard and your own numbers, over time.

Frequently asked questions

Are these value-creation results from my industry?

No. They are results from our HVAC work, mostly on the demand and digital side of those companies. We show them because they demonstrate how we build durable, transferable assets, which is the core of value creation in any industry.

Do you have case studies with valuation increases?

We do not publish valuation figures, and we would not present an increase in value as a promised result. Value depends on buyers and valuators as well as on the work.

Can I contact these companies?

Each site is live and linked, so you can see the work for yourself. We do not publish client contact details or quotes.
